UAE Shipping

• Free shipping for orders above AED 1,000 within the United Arab Emirates.

• A flat shipping fee of AED 150 applies to orders below AED 1,000.

• Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s provided address.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on production time and location.

• Customers will be notified once the order is ready for dispatch.

International Shipping (Outside UAE)

For orders outside the United Arab Emirates:

• Shipping is arranged in coordination with the customer.

• After the order is placed, our team will contact the customer to organise delivery.

• We will assist in coordinating with our logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment.

• Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
